Commitment to cleanliness and safety Job Description: **Job Summary:** We are seeking a Copeiro(a) to support kitchen and dining area operations, responsible for cleaning and organizing utensils, as well as maintaining workplace hygiene. **Main Responsibilities:** * Wash and organize plates, glasses, cutlery, and other utensils; * Keep the kitchen clean and well-organized; * Assist in controlling cleaning materials and supplies; * Support kitchen and dining area closing procedures, ensuring everything is in order for the next day. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role; * Availability to work flexible hours; * Agility, organization, and attention to detail; * Commitment to environmental cleanliness and safety; * Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance (50% of monthly premium covered by the company, with co-payment); * Dental assistance (free for the employee); * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Life insurance (at no cost); * On-site meals; * Pharmacy card. **Working Hours:** * 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM (6-day workweek with 1 day off) **Compensation:** * Fixed salary: R$ 1.585,76 per month; * Average commission of R$ 300.00 per month; * Potential for additional earnings.
