




Job Summary: Position for in-person, telephone, and online customer service at a bakery, with responsibilities including sales, organization, and cleaning. Key Highlights: 1. No prior experience required This position is for customer service at a bakery (Sodiê Doces) located in the Barreiro neighborhood of Belo Horizonte. Duties include in-person customer service for selling cakes, sweets, savory snacks, beverages, and related items. Telephone, WhatsApp, and online platform (e.g., iFood) support are also required. Additional responsibilities include general maintenance, organization, and cleaning of the customer service area and dining hall, as well as cake and beverage display cases. Restocking items such as candles, beverages, and savory snacks is also required. Prior experience is not necessary. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM Holiday availability is required (operations typically run on reduced hours; overtime pay applies).
