Opportunity for learning and commitment **Work Location: Divino Fogão Restaurant \- Partage Shopping Betim** 1 vacancy for night shift: 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM \- 6x1 schedule (1 day off per week and 1 Sunday per month) **Position: Cook** Prepare menu portions and dishes to consistent standards of flavor, presentation, and delivery time, ensuring food is prepared in compliance with food safety, quality, and hygiene regulations. Strictly adhere to good food handling practices as stipulated by Sanitary Surveillance authorities. Control proper use of ingredients to avoid waste. Assist in food pre-preparation (cutting, portioning, marinating, sauce preparation, etc.). Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly. Verify food expiration dates, storage, and preservation conditions. Maintain organization of cold rooms, freezers, and inventory. Support restocking of supplies during the shift.
