




Job Summary: Responsible for keeping the kitchen and dining area clean and sanitized, organizing cleaning supplies, and operating dishwashers in accordance with good practices. Operating dishwashers and performing hygiene procedures **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * • Responsible for keeping the entire kitchen and dining area clean, ensuring all areas are sanitized according to health surveillance regulations for receiving goods and staff; * Responsible for organizing cleaning supplies and refilling dispensers of soap, gel, paper towels, and toilet paper in all locations where these products are used; * Responsible for operating dishwashers (plates and glasses) and for sanitizing utensils, containers, and cookware; * Responsible for correctly storing utensils, tableware, and containers to ensure efficiency during usage; * Follow the Good Practices Manual. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; * Must be at least 18 years old.
