We value teamwork and commitment. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Supporting ingredient production and preparation (fish and vegetable cutting) according to technical specifications. * Organizing Mise en Place to ensure service efficiency. * Cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, labeling ingredients, and general food storage and handling. * Assisting the chef in dish and production ingredient preparation. **What we are looking for:** * Proactive, organized, and committed profile. * Prior kitchen experience, preferably in POKE or healthy cuisine. * Experience in food production. **SCHEDULE:** 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM with a 2-hour lunch and dinner break; rotating 12x36 shift. **What we offer:** Salary: R$ 1.920,00.
