




Job Summary: Manage incoming payments, control inventory of office supplies and cleaning materials, and perform cash register opening and closing procedures, with availability to cover units in Belo Horizonte. Key Highlights: 1. Receiving payments and forwarding documents 2. Managing inventory of office and cleaning supplies 3. Opening and closing the cash register * Receive payments and forward documents according to subject matter or responsible department; * Manage inventory of office and cleaning supplies to ensure uninterrupted operation of the unit; * Perform cash register opening and closing, ensuring accuracy of financial records. * Be available to work across our units in the Belo Horizonte metropolitan area, covering vacations/absences.
