Focus on condominium cleaning and maintenance **Activity Description:** We are looking for a responsible, committed, and eager-to-learn young apprentice to work in the field of cleaning and maintenance in residential condominiums. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning and maintenance of common areas (indoor and outdoor); * Collect waste and properly package garbage for disposal; * Sweep sidewalks, gutters, and pedestrian walkways; * Clean windows and building facades; * Signage and isolate hazardous areas to ensure the safety of residents and visitors. **Requirements:** * Be over 18 years old; * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * Good communication skills and willingness to learn; * **No prior experience required.** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Pro-rated 13th-month salary. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (6 hours per day), salary of R$ 1.069,48 Job Type: Apprentice Compensation: Up to R$ 1.069,48 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
