Opportunity for professional growth As the **Construction Site Supervisor** at RG Empreendimentos, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site activities, ensuring that construction work is carried out in accordance with design plans, schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will serve as technical and operational leadership, providing primary support to the engineer in daily site management. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and organize daily and weekly construction site activities * Coordinate foremen, team leaders, and operational teams * Ensure service execution in accordance with design plans, specifications, and schedule * Monitor productivity, quality, and execution deadlines * Control the use of materials, equipment, and labor * Ensure site organization, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the construction site * Perform quantity surveying and monitor completed work **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor on medium- or large-scale construction projects * Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting design plans * Familiarity with civil construction routines and occupational safety * Availability to work in Minas Gerais state and its interior regions * Completed high school education **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical course in Building Construction or related fields * Experience in industrial, infrastructure, mining, or large-scale construction projects * Knowledge of construction planning and quantity surveying * Experience with quality management systems and cost control **We Offer** * Market-competitive salary * Benefits according to company policy * Opportunity for professional growth * Involvement in medium- and large-scale construction projects Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.208,16 \- R$6\.333,31 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
