Implement improvements and manage technical team We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team at a precast concrete factory, where you will have the opportunity to lead challenging projects and contribute to excellence in concrete component production. **PRECAST CONCRETE EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the production of precast components, ensuring all processes comply with technical and safety standards. * Develop and optimize structural precast designs, collaborating with production and engineering teams. * Monitor production schedules, ensuring deadlines and product quality are met. * Implement manufacturing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Manage the technical team and provide support on technical issues related to concrete production. * Prepare budgets for special projects. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering with active registration at CREA. * Proven experience in precast concrete factories or similar environments. * Knowledge of technical standards (ABNT, NBR) and quality management systems. * Ability to work collaboratively and lead complex projects. * Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
