Acting as a facilitator in integration projects **Job Description** This position requires on-site work in Contagem, MG. **Who will you work with?** The Integration Department ensures that key project milestones are completed with quality, on schedule, and aligned with our customers' requirements. The Integration Specialist role is strategic and encompasses leadership in processes, tools, and methodologies supporting the Integrated Testing area. The specialist serves as a reference in quality control and modern engineering practices, guiding the team and supporting management in planning, execution, and continuous improvement. **How will you make a difference?** As an Integration Specialist, you will act as a facilitator in integration projects. Define and maintain DevOps processes, integrating CI/CD tools, test automation, and continuous delivery pipelines. Support governance of control tools such as test management systems, code versioning, defect tracking, and metric monitoring. Implement Quality Assurance (QA) and process quality practices, defining indicators and facilitating retrospectives for continuous evolution. Act as a bridge between global teams (Brazil, USA, and India), ensuring process consistency and effective communication. Guide analysts (junior, mid-level, and senior) in test execution and tool usage. Propose and implement structural improvements in the Integration Lab, automating routines and optimizing testing processes. Support leadership in defining delivery strategies and roadmaps. **What we want to know about you?** * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience with DevOps methodologies (CI/CD, pipelines, continuous integration, test automation). * Experience with ISTQB methodologies. * Advanced knowledge of version control tools (Git, SVN), defect tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, IBM ELM, etc.), and test management. * Knowledge of task demand distribution and effort tracking for tasks performed by team members across projects. * Knowledge of software architecture. * Knowledge of functional requirement specification for projects. * Strong experience in QA and software validation processes. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). * Ability to guide cross-functional teams and foster interdepartmental collaboration. * Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written). * Critical analysis and complex problem-solving capabilities. * Preferred: DevOps certifications. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Serve as the technical and methodological reference within the Integration Department. * Guide development and validation teams in executing directives established by the project's TPM. * Establish and monitor quality KPIs, ensuring results align with project goals. * Support and maintain test environments used by the lab for PTC solution validation. * Directly support global teams in release planning, integrations, and test cycles. * Promote continuous improvement through metric analysis, bottleneck identification, and solution proposals. * Share knowledge with the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning. **Benefits:** At Wabtec, people come first.
