Define and maintain DevOps processes, integrating CI/CD tools, test automation, and continuous delivery pipelines. Support governance of control tools such as test management systems, code versioning, defect tracking, and metric monitoring. Implement Quality Assurance (QA) and process quality practices, defining indicators and facilitating retrospectives for continuous evolution. Act as a bridge between global teams (Brazil, USA, and India), ensuring process consistency and effective communication. Guide analysts (junior, mid-level, and senior) in test execution and tool usage. Propose and implement structural improvements in the Integration Lab, automating routines and optimizing testing processes.
