We are looking for a Mid-Level QA who understands that quality is not a final phase—it’s a mindset from the very first commit. The core mission is to reduce production bugs, increase product reliability, and strengthen quality culture across the entire team. You will be involved from requirements analysis through test execution, combining critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and the ability to prevent issues before they become incidents. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze functional and technical requirements, identifying gaps, risks, and inconsistencies. * Create, maintain, and execute functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory test cases. * Report bugs clearly: context, steps, impact, and evidence. * Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing a quality perspective from the outset. * Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and UX designers to reinforce a quality mindset. * Conduct risk- and business-impact-based exploratory testing. * Monitor and track quality metrics (e.g., bug escape rate, time to detection). * Perform root cause analysis on critical bugs and support recurrence prevention. * Suggest continuous improvements to QA processes, tools, and practices. * Produce clear test documentation—including test plans, results, lessons learned, and incident reports. **Requirements:** * Solid knowledge of testing techniques (functional and non-functional). * Experience with API testing (Postman, Insomnia, REST Assured, or similar). * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Ability to write clear, reproducible, value-oriented test scenarios. * Basic understanding of version control with Git. * Ability to prioritize tests based on risk and impact. * Basic log analysis for troubleshooting. **Nice-to-have:** * Test automation (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar). * Mobile testing (Android/iOS). * Knowledge of CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). * Experience with QA Shift-Left and BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin). * Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, k6). * Basic understanding of security (OWASP) and best practices. * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). * Development of internal tools or scripts to optimize manual processes. * Basic SQL knowledge.
