With over 50 years of experience, we are seeking a **Senior Quality Analyst** to ensure our excellence standards are consistently upheld. **Salary:** R$ 4\.000,00 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:20 \| Saturdays, from 08:00 to 12:00 **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure products comply with quality, food safety, presentation, and quantity standards. * Inspect finished products, verifying integrity, storage, transportation, and documentation. * Monitor hygiene, food safety, and food preservation standards. * Conduct supplier homologation and audits, ensuring traceability of raw materials. * Supervise Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and critical processes. * Perform quality testing, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life control. * Record and address non-conformities, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Track quality indicators and propose continuous improvements (Kaizen, PDCA). * Guide teams, promote a quality culture, and support operational standardization. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Nutrition, Food Engineering, or Quality-related fields**. * Experience with **Quality Tools, Internal Audits, GMP, Environmental Licenses, Analytical Methods, and Problem-Solving**. * Knowledge of **Regulations, Good Food Handling Practices, Quality Control, Microbiological Control, and Cross-Contamination**. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail, responsibility, and organization. * Clear communication with production and logistics teams. * A meticulous, disciplined professional oriented toward quality standards. **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the workplace * Commuter allowance or fuel assistance * After 90 days: * Unimed health plan * Dental plan * Monthly food basket * Partnership with Drogaria Araújo pharmacy * Life insurance * TotalPass * MediQuo Join our team!
