In this role, the individual will provide technical support to engineering, production, and quality, with a focus on failure analysis, laboratory testing, dimensional control, FMEA, and activities related to APQP and PPAP, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and the Quality Management System. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to engineering and production in failure analysis and deviation detection; * Supervise laboratory tests such as tensile, compression, and microtomy, validating results and preparing technical reports; * Prepare technical reports with conclusions and recommendations; * Present results to engineering, production, and quality teams; * Develop, update, and maintain Product and Process FMEA; * Perform APQP and PPAP activities, supporting development and validation phases; * Conduct dimensional analyses, process validation, and capability studies; * Participate in internal audits of the Quality Management System per ISO 9001\. **Requirements:** We expect you to have: * Degree in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, or Production) or Quality Management; * Availability for travel; * Availability to work on Saturdays (if required); * Knowledge of mechanical, physical, and chemical material properties; * Knowledge of laboratory testing and interpretation of results; * Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, and PPAP; * Knowledge of measurements and dimensional control.
