**Responsibilities:** * Conduct inspections of parts/products at the customer site, ensuring compliance with quality standards; * Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement; * Prepare technical reports and document non-conformities; * Serve as the liaison between the customer and the factory, representing the company on quality-related matters; * Propose corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with responsible departments. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Production, or related fields; * Prior experience in quality assurance (process control, part inspection, non-conformance analysis); * Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings; * Knowledge of quality tools (preferred qualification); * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor suitable for direct customer interaction; * Availability to work as an **on-site technical representative**; * Must reside in Catalão/GO.
