Work Region: Contagem \- MG **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the quality control process, ensuring compliance with specifications and legal requirements * Promote continuous improvement in control plans, methodologies, and team training. * Develop acceptance/rejection criteria and ensure product safety. * Handle non-conforming products, implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Monitor traceability, product recall, and product identification **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields * Experience in quality management within the food industry or regulated sectors. * Knowledge of quality and safety standards and regulations. * Leadership profile, strong communication skills, and results-oriented mindset **Additional Information** With over 40 years of history sharing magical moments across Brazil, **Arcor do Brasil** features major brands recognized by consumers, including: Tortuguita, 7Belo, Triunfo cookies, Aymoré, Danix, Butter Toffees candies, Poosh and Big Big chewing gums, among others.
