Quality Analyst

Job Summary: A Quality professional responsible for ensuring compliance with the automaker's standards, mapping workflows, identifying defects, and implementing continuous improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on continuous improvement of processes and brand standards 2. Monitoring quality indicators and executing action plans 3. Strategic involvement to achieve goals and resolve problems Responsibilities and Duties: Stay updated on the automaker's information and control processes to ensure execution in compliance with brand standards; Map activity workflows, identify failures, and establish strategies to resolve problems and continuously improve processes; Monitor quality indicators daily, develop strategies to achieve targets, and execute action plans for identified non-conformities; Conduct self-assessment checklists, submit monthly quality indicators to management, deliver training and refresher courses per the automaker's standards, and act as a substitute in departmental activities when required; Perform other related tasks assigned by immediate management. Requirements and Qualifications: Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Processes, or related fields; Experience in quality assurance with customer service; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Knowledge of quality methodologies, indicators, processes, and people management; Experience in the automotive sector is considered a plus.
