Our services deliver sustainable solutions that maximize environmental benefits and return high-quality raw materials to production. **Job Description*** Inspect cutting equipment prior to use; prepare cutting torch or cutting lance; verify hose conditions, connections, and gas pressure gauges; ignite cutting equipment; check gas flow; perform scrap cutting; * Inspect and control scrap discharge in the scrap oxy-cutting area, and determine the correct discharge location for materials; * Check for sealed cylinders or vessels, such as: closed vessels, oxygen, acetylene, argon cylinders, etc.; * Check for scrap contaminated with chemicals, hydrocarbons, and other contaminants, such as: greasy/oily materials, paint cans, rubber, wood, plastic, and especially scrap containing coke oven residues, for safety reasons and to prevent accidents; * Accept materials for cutting, such as: coils, sheets, metal structures, rails, beams, etc. (provided they are clean); * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of tools and equipment used, cleaning and storing them appropriately to ensure their continuous readiness for use, as well as maintaining cleanliness and preservation of Unit areas and the employee's work area; * Report any observed environmental, health, and safety deviations to the immediate supervisor, whether or not related to the employee's duties; * Perform other related tasks of similar complexity, as directed by the supervisor. **Qualifications** Completed elementary education; Proven experience documented in CTPS **Additional Information** All your information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines.
