Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and technical maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas, sanitizing surfaces, collecting waste, restocking hygiene supplies, and ensuring organization and proper use of products. Responsible, punctual profile with attention to detail. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform cleaning and technical maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas (offices, meeting rooms, corridors, restrooms, and common areas). * Sanitize floors, surfaces, and restrooms using appropriate products and equipment for each material type. * Collect and dispose of waste correctly according to the unit's established routine. * Monitor and restock hygiene and cleaning supplies (paper, soap, towels, etc.). * Support general workplace organization. * Ensure proper use and storage of chemical products and work tools. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in cleaning companies, offices, or institutions. * Basic knowledge of operating cleaning equipment. * Responsible, punctual profile with attention to detail. * Ability to follow cleaning schedules and operational instructions. * **Reside in Contagem or have easy access to the region.** **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** R$ 1\.621,00 (CLT employment regime). * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 18.00 per business day. * **Benefits:** Health Plan, Dental Plan, and Transportation Benefit. **Schedule and Work Hours:** * **Work Schedule:** 5x2 (Monday to Friday \- Days off on Saturday and Sunday). * **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break). * **Weekly Workload:** 44 hours.
