




Job Summary: Operate melting furnaces, controlling processes, performing adjustments, and tapping molten metal—always adhering to safety regulations and working collaboratively within a team. Comply with safety regulations and work as part of a team. **Responsibilities:** Operate melting furnaces, loading scrap metal, alloys, and raw materials according to production scheduling; Monitor and control the metal melting process, tracking temperature, time, and chemical composition to ensure cast material quality; Make operational adjustments to the furnace to ensure proper melting and minimize material loss; Tap molten metal into ladles and molds, following safety regulations and technical procedures; Monitor and record production process parameters, reporting any deviations to the immediate supervisor; Perform cleaning, maintenance, and minor adjustments on the furnace and its components; Strictly comply with safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and environmental procedures; collaborate closely with the foundry team to ensure continuous production flow. **Requirements:** Completed elementary education (preferred). Previous experience as a foundry furnaceman or in similar foundry operations. Knowledge of metal melting processes.
