**LEO MADEIRAS IS HIRING!** ================================== **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** ------------------------- * Supervise cargo unloading to ensure the process is carried out properly and in accordance with established procedures, while guiding the operational team; * Verify materials delivered by suppliers by comparing invoice data with service orders; * Ensure proper organization of product lines (hardware, particleboard, MDF, lumber, machinery, chemicals, among others) in the local warehouse, guiding the operational team on product handling and segregation according to sales orders from Leo Network stores; * Conduct physical inventory counts for the store’s warehouse, supervising the operational team during manual item counting and cross-checking results against incoming invoice data; update the SICV system and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records; * Report any non-conformities identified during receiving, storage, dispatch, or inventory processes to your immediate supervisor; * Ensure customer or store orders are picked quickly and accurately per sales orders, preparing them for truck loading (by third-party or independent carriers), thereby guaranteeing timely restocking of Leo Network stores and delivery to customers within deadlines agreed upon with the commercial team; * Register incoming invoices and product volumes in the SICV system, updating product quantities to meet restocking requests from Master Stores’ warehouses and track Leo Brasil Network’s sales volume. * Maintain a physical stock of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to ensure the operational team always has access to such equipment when needed, including periodic replacements in compliance with Occupational Medicine and Safety regulations as well as wear-and-tear due to usage time, coordinating control activities with the store’s administrative department. *(This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where results matter!)* **REQUIREMENTS:** --------------------------- * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role; Is this you?
