We are confident that, day after day, we build the future we desire—and this future is embodied in our purpose: **building dreams that transform the world**. **Join us \#BeGreenBlood!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Contract, perform technical analysis, and monitor installation projects developed by third-party designers; * Evaluate projects (plumbing and electrical systems) both qualitatively and quantitatively, ensuring compliance with technical guidelines and execution feasibility; * Work closely with construction sites, supporting resolution of technical questions, proposing solutions, and mediating communication with designers; * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality, and standardization of deliverables; * Serve as a technical reference for junior analysts on the team, supporting their technical development and resolution of more complex problems; * Act as a liaison between construction sites, designers, and internal departments, mediating technical conflicts and ensuring process fluidity; * Contribute to continuous improvements in project analysis standards and processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Production Engineering, or Electrical Engineering; * Solid experience in developing or performing technical analysis of Installation Projects (Electrical and Plumbing); * Experience in critical project analysis and/or compatibility coordination; * Experience with residential projects will be a significant advantage; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Intermediate knowledge of REVIT and BIM methodology. **Additional Information** Competitive market-based salary; * **Meals:** Meal Benefit VR – Flexible; * **Health and Well-being:** Health insurance and Dental insurance; * **Mobility:** Transportation allowance; * **Physical Activity Incentive:** TotalPass; * **Discounts with Partner Companies:** Allya; * **Work Modality:** 100% On-site; * **Benefits:** As per the collective labor agreement; * **SER Green Blood Benefits:** Beyond calling ourselves Green Blood, we offer a special benefits package exclusively for our team; * And much more!
