Maintaining a clean and organized workstation **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Sushiman to prepare Japanese cuisine dishes, ensuring standards, quality, and organization. The professional will be responsible for preparing items served both in the dining room and for delivery. **Job Responsibilities:** * Prepare and portion ingredients following storage and preservation guidelines. * Produce menu items according to technical specifications and instructions from the Sushibar Chef. * Monitor food cost (CMV) and contribute to waste reduction. * Maintain a clean, organized workstation compliant with sanitary regulations. * Adhere to hygiene rules, including proper uniform usage. **Essential Requirements:** * Proven experience in Japanese cuisine; * Skill in fish preparation and sanitation (salmon, tuna, etc.); * Flexible availability; * Easy access to the Belvedere neighborhood. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance (50% employer-paid \+ co-payment); * Dental plan (100% employer-paid); * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * Life insurance; * On-site meals; * Pharmacy card. **Working Hours:** * 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM (6-day workweek \) **Compensation:** * Fixed salary: R$ 3\.000,00 per month; * Average commission: R$ 1\.000,00 per month; * Additional performance-based earnings possible.
