Founded in 2017, we now operate three active locations and are recognized for culinary excellence across Belo Horizonte’s capital: São Pedro, Lourdes, and Savassi. ABOUT THE POSITION No prior experience required Salary: $1\.640,00 before deductions \+ $200,00 bonus \+ meals provided onsite (breakfast, lunch, dinner) \+ UNIMED health insurance and Bradesco dental insurance \+ Day off \+ Partnership club (discounts and scholarships at educational institutions such as universities) \+ 50% discount at Nashy outlets Work schedule follows a rotating shift pattern in the Central-Southern region of Belo Horizonte. Shift: 3 days on / 1 day off, from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM Responsibilities of the Sushi Assistant - Cutting and portioning fish and seafood; - Preparing sushi rice (shari) and other sushi ingredients; - Assembling items such as nigiri, sashimi, uramaki, temaki, and combination plates; - Proper hygiene handling of food and utensils; - Temperature and freshness control of ingredients; - Restocking supplies and organizing the workstation; - Standardized dish presentation and order fulfillment efficiency; - Collaborating with the dining area to ensure accurate order delivery.
