Maintaining a clean and organized workplace Job Description: **Role Summary:** We are seeking a professional responsible for producing pizzas and doughs, ensuring food quality, workplace organization, and operational efficiency. It is essential to follow internal standards and collaborate effectively to maintain an efficient and well-integrated production process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare pizzas and doughs according to recipes and company guidelines; * Clean, cut, and prepare ingredients used in assembly; * Keep the workplace consistently clean and organized; * Request replenishment of materials and supplies as needed; * Store products properly, maintaining expiration date control; * Accurately follow technical sheets, respecting quantities and measurements; * Perform other tasks assigned by the Pizzeria Manager. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in pizza production; * Good communication skills, responsibility, and professional demeanor; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Benefits:** * Health insurance (50% subsidized by the company, with co-payment deducted from salary); * Dental insurance (free for the employee); * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Life insurance (at no cost); * On-site meals; * Pharmacy card. **Working Hours:** * 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM (6x1 schedule) * 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM (6x1 schedule) **Compensation:** * Salary ranging from R$ 2,299.18, depending on experience; * Average monthly commission of R$ 800.00; * Potential for additional earnings based on performance and goals.
