Career development plan with growth and advancement **Position located in the Buritis neighborhood - Belo Horizonte, MG.** **6x1 Shift Schedules:** **\- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. One weekly day off and one Sunday off per month.** **OR** **\- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday), 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Saturdays). Weekly day off on Sunday.** **Salary negotiable, based on your experience!** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Preparing fried items and kitchen supplies for service * Cutting vegetables and meats * Washing utensils and organizing the kitchen area * Assisting the Head Cook with pre-preparation and daily service routines * Supporting goods receiving and general cleaning * Adhering to good hygiene and safety practices **Requirements:** * Basic kitchen knowledge is a plus. * Willingness to learn and improve within the field * Forward-looking mindset and interest in exploring other areas * Agility, organization, hygiene, and teamwork * Punctuality and responsibility **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the workplace; * Attendance bonus; * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Dental plan (Pró-Dental) – available after 3 months; * Health insurance (Vix) – available after 3 months; * Structured job and salary progression plan.
