This professional will be responsible for planning and preparing daily meals—including breakfast and lunch—ensuring quality, organization, and good food handling practices. They will also manage kitchen organization, ingredient inventory control, and menu planning, maintaining an organized and efficient environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and prepare daily complete meals, including **breakfast, lunch, and occasional additional meals**, according to the executive team’s preferences and instructions. * Develop balanced and varied menus, considering dietary restrictions, personal preferences, and nutritional guidance where applicable. * Select, purchase, and manage ingredients and supplies, ensuring product quality and freshness. * Organize and maintain the kitchen and utensils in perfect hygienic, clean, and functional condition. * Monitor food and kitchen material inventory to prevent waste and ensure necessary restocking. * Prepare special meals for **occasional gatherings, meetings, or family receptions**, as requested. * Uphold confidentiality, professional conduct, and respect for the family environment, considering access to the residence and interaction with family members and close associates. * Comply with food safety regulations, good food handling practices, and workplace organization standards. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a **Head Chef, Chef Cook, or Private Cook**. * Knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and good food handling practices. * Discreet, trustworthy profile with professional demeanor suitable for residential settings. * Strong organizational, planning, and autonomous kitchen operation skills. * Availability to work in both corporate and residential environments with direct interaction with the executive team’s family. **Behavioral Competencies** * Discretion and confidentiality * Organization and planning * Attention to detail * Proactivity * Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Compensation and Benefits** * Base salary: Category; * Meal allowance/food voucher: BRL 22.00 per day; * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance (when required). **After 90 days of experience** * Dental plan – Bradesco; * Health plan – Usisaúde; * TotalPass; * Gym partnership – Arena Maximus; * Clube Certo – benefits and discounts.
