Assist in inventory control and storage of supplies We seek a Cook to prepare meals, ensuring quality, flavor, standardization, and compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations, as specified in the menu and leadership instructions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare meals according to the menu, technical sheets, and established standards; * Perform pre\-preparation and preparation of food (cutting, cooking, finishing); * Monitor time, temperature, and food quality; * Ensure proper hygiene of food, utensils, equipment, and environment; * Assist in inventory control, expiration date tracking, and storage of supplies; * Comply with good manufacturing practices, food safety standards, and use of PPE; * Support kitchen organization and smooth operational functioning. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Proven experience as a Cook; * Knowledge of good food handling practices; * Organization, responsibility, and teamwork skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial kitchens, centralized food service units (UAN), or high-volume operations; * Familiarity with technical sheets and production control.
