Job Summary: Performs electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services, including replacing, swapping, cleaning, and installing parts. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning of premises and accessories **Schedule:** 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM — Rotating 12x36 shift **Compensation:** BRL 1,718.05 per month + bonus after 90 days; **Responsibilities:** Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services, including replacing, swapping, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment. Conserve glass and façades; clean premises and accessories.
