We seek a committed, organized professional with practical carpentry experience who can lead teams and ensure quality in project execution. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor installations at construction sites and residential properties; * Coordinate assembly teams and carpenters; * Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards; * Verify measurements, drawings, and finishes during installation; * Resolve on-site unforeseen issues promptly and professionally; * Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and internal team members. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a carpenter; * Prior experience as a team leader or supervisor; * Practical knowledge of assembling and installing custom-built furniture; * Valid driver’s license; * Personal vehicle (car or motorcycle) for travel between job sites; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people; * Organizational skills, accountability, and professional demeanor. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary negotiable; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy (gasoline).
