Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing technical drawings and executive stonemasonry projects, with a focus on precise measurement and in-depth technical knowledge of natural and engineered stone materials and project execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of technical drawings and executive stonemasonry projects 2. Proficiency in AutoCAD and essential technical knowledge 3. Accurate measurement of countertops, islands, stairs, and verification of utility points **\- Visit construction sites for measurement;** **\- Prepare technical drawings and executive stonemasonry project documentation;** **\- AutoCAD proficiency** **\- Essential technical knowledge** Reading and interpretation of architectural and carpentry drawings Basic understanding of leveling, squareness, plumb, and alignment Types of natural and engineered stones (granite, marble, quartz, Dekton, Silestone, etc.) Knowledge of edge profiles, aprons, countertop skirts, friezes, cutouts, and joinery Understanding of tolerances, thermal expansion, and installation methods **\- Practical skills** Accurate measurement of: Kitchen and bathroom countertops Islands, sinks, washbasins, and niches Stairs, thresholds, and sills Verification of: Water, gas, and electrical utility points Floor and wall levels Windows, doors, built-in furniture, and embedded appliances Ability to anticipate potential issues prior to fabrication Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
