Job Summary: This internship offers the opportunity to support building maintenance management, assisting with reports, budgeting, and monitoring administrative routines. Key Highlights: 1. Support for building maintenance management 2. Assistance with photographic reports and budgeting 3. Monitoring of maintenance activities and technical site visits **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in preparing photographic reports * Support building maintenance management * Monitor condominium maintenance execution * Accompany technical site visits to the building * Assist in preparing budgets * Complete control spreadsheets for the maintenance management system and administrative routines * Support the management and monitoring of reported incidents **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering or Production/Civil Engineering, from the 4th semester onward * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Availability for on-site work * Strong written communication skills, including ease in drafting emails * Proactive profile, focused on productivity and organization * Good interpersonal skills **BENEFITS** * Internship stipend * Transportation allowance * Internship schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00, totaling 6 (six) daily hours, with a 1 (one)-hour lunch and rest break from 12:00 to 13:00 Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1.800,00 - R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you have experience as a Butcher?
