Description

Administer, maintain, and evolve the information technology and telecommunications infrastructure within the industrial environment by technically managing networks, connectivity, equipment, and services supporting production, addressing medium- and high-complexity issues and implementing structural improvements to ensure high availability, performance, information security, and operational continuity of the shop floor. * Administer the industrial plant's IT and telecommunications infrastructure by managing networks, connectivity, industrial equipment, and services to ensure continuous stability, performance, and alignment with production requirements in the industrial environment. * Monitor and analyze the performance of the industrial technology infrastructure by evaluating networks, connectivity, equipment, and systems to periodically identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Address medium- and high-complexity incidents impacting production through in-depth technical diagnostics and implementation of definitive solutions to rapidly restore productive operations and reduce recurrence. * Implement and maintain integrated industrial and corporate networks by configuring IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology) automation environments to ensure efficient, secure, and stable communication between industrial and corporate systems. * Support and execute structural improvements to the industrial plant's connectivity infrastructure by replacing equipment, segmenting networks, and expanding availability to increase reliability and resilience of the production environment. * Administer infrastructure services such as authentication, file services, connectivity, and remote access to ensure service availability, performance, and security for industrial operations. * Support the operation of shop-floor systems—such as MES, data collectors, and time-tracking systems—by ensuring connectivity and providing necessary technical support to guarantee continuity of production routines. * Implement information security practices within the industrial environment, respecting OT environment specifics, to protect technological assets and reduce operational and cyber risks. * Manage and oversee infrastructure and telecommunications technical vendors by validating services, monitoring SLAs, and providing technical interface to ensure delivery quality and contractual compliance. * Structure, update, and maintain technical documentation for the industrial infrastructure—including network topologies, asset inventories, standards, and operational procedures—to ensure governance, traceability, and support for departmental management. * Support and guide junior analysts and operational teams by sharing best practices and providing technical support to enhance the technical maturity of operations. * Proactively identify technological risks and potential failures that could impact production and propose corrective actions or structural improvements.
