Proven solid experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role. Experience leading end-to-end data science projects. Portfolio of successful projects in predictive analytics, optimization, or machine learning. Proficiency in Python and/or R. Advanced knowledge of data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong understanding of statistics. Experience with SQL and relational and non-relational databases. Familiarity with cloud environments (Snowflake, GCP). Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Completed postgraduate degree in Analytics or Data Science.### **Your responsibilities** Execute the full lifecycle of data analysis projects—from problem definition through solution implementation. Develop and implement machine learning and statistical models for forecasting, segmentation, optimization, and other applications. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Design and build robust data pipelines for data collection, processing, and transformation. Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand needs and translate them into data solutions. Present results and insights to stakeholders and leadership using data visualizations (BI) and clear narratives. Stay current with the latest innovations and methodologies in data science and machine learning.
