We specialize in mechanical recycling of high-density and low-density polyethylene (HDPE and LDPE), converting post-consumer waste into high-performance PCR resins for the industrial market. Responsible for supporting the organization in maintaining, ensuring compliance with, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring adherence to required standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and maintaining high process standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: Process mapping, standardization, and improvement; Management of Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, Information Security, Laboratories, and Legal Metrology); Direct involvement in certification and recertification under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and ISO 17025; Management of legal and regulatory requirements; Management of performance indicators, risk analysis, and nonconformance handling; Implementation and monitoring of action plans and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop, review, and control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and QMS policies. Plan and conduct internal audits, as well as monitor external certification or customer audits. Promote quality culture and guide employees on company standards and processes.
