Join us!** * Lead project management in automotive product development, focusing on vehicle propulsion systems. Scope includes internal combustion and electric engines (motor/generator), conventional and hybrid transmissions, traction batteries, charging systems, cooling, thermal control, air conditioning, and electronic control systems (hardware and software). You will be responsible for leading project planning, execution, and monitoring—ensuring adherence to time, cost, performance, and quality targets—as well as coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering technical presentations to global teams. **Key Responsibilities:** + Technical requirements analysis and detailed project planning in accordance with Stellantis standards + Management of goals, risks, and preparation of status reports + Coordination of technical meetings and updating of project management databases + Support for procurement and construction of prototypes for engine and subsystem testing + Support for technical problem resolution and continuous improvement of processes and products + Participation in and support of global procurement and manufacturing strategies + Ensuring confidentiality and security of Stellantis technical information**Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering + Proven experience in automotive product development or project management within the automotive industry + Desired knowledge of vehicle propulsion systems and related manufacturing processes + Advanced English proficiency for reading, writing, and verbal communication in meetings + Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Analytical, proactive, communicative profile with leadership capability and teamwork skills**Work Location:** + Stellantis offices in Betim/MG, with possibility of remote work for activities not requiring physical presence * **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc;
