About the Opportunity: Alcoa is seeking a Predictive Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Alumar facility in the Reduction Area in São Luís do Maranhão, responsible for: * Performing vibration measurements on rotating machinery and vibration analysis, generating predictive reports and identifying equipment failures before breakdowns occur; * Providing technical support to ensure operational availability of equipment within your area of responsibility, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement of systems or processes. * Monitoring equipment and instrument performance, determining maintenance intervention requirements to guarantee perfect operation of equipment at full capacity. * Recording and controlling maintenance activities in the management system, ensuring traceability, standardization and updating of technical information and equipment documentation. * Conducting safety inspections, audits of unsafe acts and preparing technical reports. * Supporting maintenance management by ensuring compliance with maintenance plans, acting as backup to the supervisor when required and contributing to continuous process improvement. What you can bring to the role: * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering and/or related fields, with active CFT; * Vibration Analyst Level II certification (FUPAI) is desirable; * Knowledge of rotor balancing, exhaust fans and ventilators, mechanical or electrical thermography; * Solid experience in this role within large\-scale industrial environments; * Experience in predictive maintenance.
