




The company is seeking an Organizational Development Analyst in São Roque. **Responsibilities:** Ensure the availability and accuracy of access to the performance evaluation system. Produce technical content on evaluation cycles, feedback, and IDPs for internal communication. Analyze evaluation results, implement adjustments, and support managers in decision-making. Conduct performance review and calibration meetings with managers. Evaluate performance and potential using the Nine Box matrix. Administer internal surveys and structure indicators to support decision-making. Develop and deliver training sessions and supporting materials aligned with organizational culture. Advise managers on competency-based management topics. Map job goals, indicators, competencies, and responsibilities. Maintain the Performance Management System database up to date. Develop action plans for Soft Skills and Hard Skills gaps and monitor IDPs.
