Description

Job Summary: Responsible for accounting and financial analyses, ensuring accuracy, tax compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making under leadership supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Accounting and financial analyses, ensuring accuracy and tax compliance. 2. Proactive identification and resolution of accounting issues. 3. Development of accounting management initiatives and projects. Responsible for conducting accounting and financial analyses, ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and reports, and guaranteeing compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. Proactively identifies and resolves accounting issues, contributing to the company's strategic decision-making in accordance with directives from immediate leadership. Monitors and controls adherence to accounting obligations within deadlines stipulated by current legislation at municipal, state, and federal levels, and in alignment with scheduling and directives from immediate leadership. Performs calculations, determines taxes, and issues legal documents in compliance with current legislation. * Monitors inspections/audits conducted by competent authorities, clarifies inquiries, and submits requested documentation. * Prepares financial statements, balance sheets, trial balances, and other required documents in accordance with legal requirements. * Develops and leads implementation of specific accounting management initiatives, projects/programs aligned with the functional area. * Analyzes processes inherent to the functional area, proposing and suggesting improvements. * Conducts data and information controls to support monitoring of departmental KPIs, proposing corrective actions for deviations. * Researches and studies new technologies and methodologies available in the market, while staying updated on current legislation. * Verifies, enters, and updates data in systems and spreadsheets related to the functional area. * Keeps leadership informed about work progress, irregularities, failures, and other incidents. * Prepares and presents managerial reports to support immediate leadership in decision-making. * Performs preparation, validation, and review of technical documentation related to processes under responsibility. * Provides information and clarifies questions from other departments regarding processes under responsibility. * Participates in meetings as needed, promoting information exchange, integration among all stakeholders, and follow-up on decisions. * Contributes to development of Accounting Department standards, ensuring alignment with Company policies, culture, mission, and vision. **Desirable**: **Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences (completed or in progress)** Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2.995,50 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Accounting (Mandatory) Work location: Hybrid remote work for Belo Horizonte, MG
