We encourage people from all social backgrounds to join our community, so that—even amid vastly different origins and realities—we may nurture our shared aspiration to dream big and evolve into better professionals and human beings—for ourselves and for the world. **Your Key Responsibilities** * Extract data and generate reports on production efficiency, metallic loss, UOSR, etc., while monitoring targets and machine downtime; * Correct operational stoppages and data entries in the MCP system; * Collaborate with supervision in reviewing operational standards using the Lean methodology; * Develop new operational standards, one-point lessons, and checklists; * Prepare technical specifications and purchase requisitions for Production Management; * Identify opportunities for improvement/optimization in processes; * Populate the SAP PGR with safety risks present in operations; * Assist Production Management and supervision in implementing Lean tools in operational areas (5S, SMED, visual management, TPM); * Participate in production area failure analysis, including preparation of meeting minutes/action plans. * Perform tasks while complying with and respecting occupational health and safety rules. **Preferred Qualifications** * SAP knowledge; * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools; * Experience creating dashboards (Power BI); * Green Belt certification is a plus. **Minimum Requirements** Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (from the 3rd semester onward); Computer literacy; Availability to work from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break). **Benefits** ArcelorMittal is a company that believes in your potential to become better every day—for the world and for your personal goals.
