Resolve, together with customs brokers, issues related to tariffs, taxes, and customs regulations arising during import and export processes. Facilitate communication among the company, customs brokers, international suppliers, and customers to ensure continuous information flow and prompt issue resolution. Monitor scheduled versus actual dates for operations. Evaluate and monitor foreign trade operations performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions for optimization. Identify and assess risks associated with international operations, including compliance and security issues. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields. Advanced English proficiency. Strong communication and negotiation skills with international partners and intermediary agents. Ability to analyze data and documents accurately, solve problems, and make informed decisions. Proficiency in foreign trade management tools, software, and ERP systems. Prior experience in this role, preferably in industrial environments. Postgraduate degree / MBA in Procurement Management (preferred).
