




Description: We are looking for a professional with: * Experience in managing high-volume Recruitment and Selection processes; * Competency-based selection; * Microsoft Office suite; * Intermediate Excel skills. Your main responsibilities will be: * Managing attraction processes for operational positions with high volume, in accordance with the Recruitment and Selection Policy guidelines, as well as evaluating appropriate recruitment methods for job posting; * Performing proper attraction records in HR systems to maintain necessary historical data and evidence for decision-making and audits; * Maintaining required attraction evidence and keeping departmental procedures up to date to support internal and external company audits; * Conducting the Basic Introductory Training for new employees and/or eligible employees on relevant topics to equip them with essential information about the company; * Conducting exit interviews with employees, ensuring that information gathered is used for talent retention and attraction; * Participating in strategic attraction and selection projects aligned with HR Management, aiming at process modernization and adding greater value to both the process and the business; 2512190202551927502
