




Support the purchasing department, assist the fiscal department, and support travel scheduling and organization Support the purchasing department by performing: * Requesting quotations and purchase orders. * Assisting in inventory turnover analysis. * Assisting in purchasing planning and restocking. * Monitoring contracts. * Monitoring indirect sales. Assist the fiscal department with: * Supporting receipt and verification of consumption, resale, and service invoices. * Organizing and archiving fiscal documents. Support travel scheduling and organization (logistics, reservations, transportation) * Assist with purchases related to building maintenance and minor renovations, including contacting suppliers and monitoring services. * Perform control and tracking of internal deadlines and requests. * Support general administrative tasks as required by the department. * General administration: assist in contract, deadline, and document management; support travel scheduling and organization; maintain updated tracking reports and spreadsheets. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Business Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience in administrative tasks is desirable; * Familiarity with management systems is desirable. **Information** * Working hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday), with a 1-hour lunch break; * Meal allowance: R$26 per business day; * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance; * Gympass; * Life insurance; * Day off; * Parking.
