Job Summary: Supervise the production process, control furniture quality, and coordinate teams and maintenance, ensuring safety compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate product dispatch and monitor the use of PPE **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** \- Supervise the production process; control furniture quality; supervise teams; monitor the condition and maintenance of company facilities and equipment; manage preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance of machinery according to a defined schedule or service request; perform preventive and corrective building maintenance across company premises; supervise the wood inventory of the Accessories Carpentry; provide technical support for sold products; coordinate dispatch of finished products; request material purchases; approve receipt of raw materials and third-party manufactured parts; monitor the use of collective and individual protective equipment; perform other tasks of similar nature, complexity, and responsibility **EDUCATION** \- High school diploma preferred, with relevant experience. **WORK HOURS** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM \- On-site. **Location: Jardim Canadá \- Nova Lima** Employment Type: Full-time CLT **BENEFITS** Medical and dental plan; Meal or food allowance; Fuel allowance or transportation allowance \- Incentives, performance bonuses, and others \- Life insurance. **Starting Salary: To be discussed** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
