Monitor targets, KPIs, and productivity. Organize production flow, inventory, and logistics. Ensure quality, safety, and operational organization. Support administrative routines together with HR/Personnel Department. Previous experience as Operations Coordinator, Production Supervisor, Operational Team Leader, or Operations Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
