We value diversity and inclusion in our team! **Job Description:** * Region: MINAS GERAIS MG \- VOLANTE * Salary: 3900.00 * Schedule: MONDAY \- FRIDAY (08:00 \- 17:48\) \- SATURDAY (08:00 \- 12:00\) **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Food allowance **Responsibilities:** "Must have flexible working hours, willingness to travel, and ability to work in a team; Resilience and physical stamina — the role involves physical effort and performance under pressure during emergency situations, e.g., water leaks; Complete service orders, manage spare parts inventory, and record performed services; Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, civil, hydraulic, and other project documentation; The employee will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as minor building installations, on hydraulic systems, sewage systems, stormwater drainage (rain gutters), floor tiling and grouting (ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles), concrete, mineral ceiling structures, plasterboard, drywall, PVC, carpet replacement (fabric, wood), maintenance of metal and wooden doors, wall/ceiling/floor/facade painting, etc. Valid driver's license is mandatory; NR 10 / NR 35 certification — valid for at least 90 days after the admission date;" **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
