Job Summary: We are hiring an Industrial Metalworker to manufacture, maintain, and renovate metal structures, performing welding, cutting, assembly, and finishing tasks, as well as supporting building maintenance. Commitment to quality, safety, and organization We are hiring an **Industrial Metalworker** to work on the manufacturing, maintenance, and renovation of metal structures, meeting industrial requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Perform metalworking tasks (welding, cutting, assembly, and finishing of parts); * Manufacture and renovate structures such as racks, gates, supports, trolleys, and machine guards; * Operate equipment including MIG/electric welders, grinders, angle grinders, bending machines, and drills; * Record activities in work orders; * Support building maintenance activities when required; * Ensure workplace organization and compliance with safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role; * Knowledge of metalworking processes and operation of related equipment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Training in Environmental Management and LAIA; * Experience in an industrial environment. **Desired Competencies:** * Attention to detail; * Proactivity and organization; * Commitment to quality and safety. **Benefits:** **PLR\+ Transportation/Shuttle Service\+ On-site Restaurant\+ Meal Voucher\+ UNIMED Health and Dental Plan\+ SESI Club\+ Others** Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
