Job Summary:
A building maintenance professional responsible for general repairs, plumbing and electrical maintenance, and inspections in a hospital environment.
Key Highlights:
1. Performs repairs in masonry, painting, carpentry, joinery, and flooring.
2. Carries out corrective and preventive plumbing maintenance.
3. Supports low-complexity electrical maintenance (NR-10).
**Responsibilities**
* Perform minor repairs in **masonry, painting, carpentry, joinery, and flooring**.
* Carry out **corrective and preventive plumbing maintenance**, including:
* Cleaning and unclogging sinks, toilets, and floor drains;
* Repairing pipes and pumps.
* Support **low-complexity electrical maintenance**, such as:
* Replacing light bulbs, circuit breakers, switches, and outlets;
* Activities performed in compliance with **NR\-10**.
* Conduct **routine inspections** of:
* Technical areas;
* Fire suppression systems (fire extinguishers and fire hydrants);
* Generator testing.
* Supervise **external service providers** during specialized maintenance performed on hospital premises.
**Requirements**
* Completed high school education.
* Vocational or technical training in electricity, plumbing, construction, or related fields (preferred).
* Prior experience in **building maintenance**, preferably in hospital or healthcare environments.
**Work Schedule:**
Mon–Thu 08:00–18:00, Fri 08:00–17:00
Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT)
Compensation: R$1\.885,62 per month
