




Job Summary: Responsible for visitor reception, mail receipt and processing, and administrative support, including report generation and service provider assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support and report generation Responsible for receiving all organizational visitors, including service providers, accredited personnel, bettors, external collaborators, etc., providing necessary information and referrals; also receives and processes all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Additionally, follows the initial contact script for awarded bettors, verifying documents and completing the prize award form. Responsible for generating and submitting reports to LEMG; provides administrative support in monitoring service providers for building maintenance/facilities.
