Come join our team as an **Administrative Coordinator!** **Key Responsibilities** **Process Management and Continuous Improvement:** * Map, analyze, and optimize administrative workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs; * Develop and implement new standard operating procedures (SOPs); * Monitor administrative performance indicators and control items; * Lead small-scale improvement projects within the department; * Support the development of the administrative team; * Ensure operational compliance with departmental policies and operational standards; * Assist in managing documentation related to licenses and permits; * Support the preparation of reports and action plans for the department; * Monitor and implement environmental legislation and regulations concerning controlled products, as well as validity of licenses issued by the Federal and Civil Police, the Brazilian Army, the Municipal Operating License, CREA, and CRQ. **Facilities and Infrastructure Management:** * Supervise cleaning, building maintenance, landscaping, and conservation services for administrative areas and accommodations; * Ensure full operation of the cafeteria/restaurant and hospitality services (if accommodation is provided at the mine); * Manage the light vehicle fleet; * Manage employee transportation. **Budgetary Control and Financial Analysis:** * Assist in controlling the department’s budget, monitoring expenses and identifying variances; * Prepare managerial reports and dashboards with performance indicators (KPIs); * Analyze service and supply contract costs, proposing more advantageous alternatives. **Supplier and Contract Management:** * Manage the full lifecycle of contracts with administrative service providers (e.g., cleaning, building maintenance); * Lead quotation and negotiation processes with suppliers during procurement activities as the delegated department; * Conduct contract approval and performance evaluation for new contracts, including developing SLAs for each contract; * Monitor service measurement bulletins (BMS) across all units, analyzing consumption, workload demand, labor requirements, and operational routines, establishing indicators, action plans, methodologies, and operational procedures. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree: Administration, Economics, or Engineering **Knowledge** * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Advanced integrated system proficiency; * Advanced routine management proficiency; * Knowledge of people management **Competencies** * Analytical reasoning and attention to detail; * Organization, deadline discipline, and sense of priority; * Proactivity, autonomy, and ownership mindset; * Collaboration and strong relationship-building with partner departments.
