Responsibilities and Duties Contribute to the implementation of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) projects; Responsible for: Fire Brigade; conducting fire safety training and evacuation drills; Maintain up-to-date documentation: CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee); PGR (Risk Assessment Program); PCMSO (Occupational Health Monitoring Program); LTCAT (Technical Report on Hazardous Activities and Operations); CATs (Work Accident Reports); SIPAT (Internal Campaign for Accident Prevention); and others. Monitor third-party contractors engaged by the organization regarding occupational safety compliance; Monitor and support obtaining and/or maintaining AVCB (Fire Prevention and Control Certificate); Defend the company’s interests concerning compliance with legal requirements related to occupational health and safety; Manage the CAL system related to occupational health and the SGI (Integrated Management System); Contribute ideas and support implementation of projects related to occupational safety, occupational health, ESG, and SGI; Collaborate and participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to social responsibility, environmental sustainability, and governance; Ensure employees work in accordance with safety standards, proposing preventive and corrective measures; Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and engineering controls (collective protective equipment), as required by applicable laws and regulations; Ensure subcontractors comply with legal requirements and applicable standards inherent to their functions; Schedule and conduct meetings for the Fire Brigade, CIPA, Safety, etc.; Halt any activity posing risks to workers in the hospital. Requirements and Qualifications Required: * Technical course in Occupational Safety; * Civil Firefighter or Professional Fire Brigade Training; * Registration as an Organic Fire Brigade Instructor with the Military Fire Department of Minas Gerais; * Experience delivering fire suppression training. 2512070202191851908
